Properties:

     Pancan works with Six-Pulses Converter system
     by translating from alternate current 3 phases to
     be direct current that can adjust the parameter
     value. Pancon uses microprocessor technology in      evaluation to control system. This program can
     show any parameter value via keyboard and LCD
     display. Pancon can work in open loop (No feedback)
     or close loop (feedback). Close loop has feedback
     system for round speed (Speed Feedback type) in
     two types, are the feedback of induction dynamic
     value (Armature Feedback) and feedback by using      tachometer (Tacho Feedback). This can select to
     use appropriated for the aspect and operation type.

Usabilities:                  Installation of Pancon DC Drive has to install
     in well-cleaned and dried area. If users install in the
     cabinet, it should has the ventilating fan and local
     vent that has air filter, and the ventilating fan has to      blow on above. This will make the air circulate around      converter (Pancon DC Drive). Do not install Pancon
     DC Drive in vibration area is due to it will make any      connecting pole is loose and results in damage to
     Pancon DC Drive body. The suitable temperature for      installation is not over than 50 Celsius.

 
 

                 The damage protection system that will occur
     to Pancon DC Drive. We design Pancon to have two      damage protection systems to prevent the detriment      that might occur to Pancon DC Drive and motor by
     both of them work parallel together. Thus users can
     be assured in security when compared with there is
     an only the detection system by software. There are      details as follows.

                  1. The detection system by software is an
     error detector that has high accuracy and completeness      in every version therefore users can be confident that      there is damage to Pancon DC Drive. When software
     can detect the fault, Pancon will order to stop operation,      and then informs clause of fault at LCD display. If users      want to continue working, we can press PRG button at      keyboard one time, or press switch reset button at      remote set one time, and then Pancon will reset itself      automatically. If there is no fault, Pancon will be able      continue operation.

                   2. The detection system by hardware is an      error detection program, it will detect the fault by      electronics circuit that there is high accuracy. The      detection system by hardware will work when the the      detection system by software cannot detect the fault
     or the software's system is occurred failure. In the      contrast, when the detection system by hardware can      detect an error, it will inform that fault to CPU, to give      CPU orders to stop working, and then informs Hardware      Protection at LCD display.
